Position: Administrative Assistant

Organization: Omaha Economic Development Corporation (OEDC)

Provides word processing, scheduling, and coordination of appointments for OEDC’s Chief Executive Officer and senior staff. Purchases consumables and other office supplies and equipment, independently composes responses to mail, prepares and distributes agendas for meetings, and works with staff to prepare applications as well as proposals for funding and/or investment consideration. Work also includes assisting senior staff in compiling and assembling information and data for presentation at monthly Board and other meetings.
