The Human Resources (HR) Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring employee development programs to drive employee engagement, performance, talent mobility, and culture development. You will help the organization build the capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes.
