Position: Program Manager, Urban Development

Organization: Greater Omaha Chamber

Job Description: PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Spur investment in and drive high-value, inclusive development in the urban core through existing business growth and expansion as well as the attraction of new developments and businesses to the core. Lead the Urban Core committee to facilitate the implementation of the Urban Core Strategic Plan. Support the development and expansion of multimodal transportation infrastructure within the core.

Expected Wage Range: $55,000 - $70,000

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare responses to New-to-Market RFI’s and manage that sales process as needed.
2. Assists with Chamber events as requested.
3. Performs other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
